Refund and Return Policy Overview

We have a 30 day refund and returns policy. If you request a return within that time period, we are happy process your return minus our 10% restocking fee. If 30 days have passed since the date your received your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund but may be able to offer a credit for future orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

To complete your return, we require your request as well as proof of purchase (i.e., a receipt) sent to customer.service@inktreeminiatures.com. Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to update you on the return’s approval.  If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 14 days. If 14 days have passed and you haven’t yet received your refund, please contact Customer Service.

For all items returned within 30 days and in their original condition, we will refund to your initial form of payment minus a 10% restocking fee. If you are returning your item more than 30 days after delivery, we will only issue full refund in the form of in-store credit (10% re-stocking fee applies). After 30 days, refund to the initial form of payment will only be partial and depend on how long after delivery you are requesting the return. 

What is refundable:

  • Less than 30 days: full refund for any item in its original condition (10% restocking fee applies)
  • More than 30 days: full or partial refund for any item in its original condition (for in-store credit: full refund minus 10% restocking fee; for original payment method: variable)

What is not refundable:

  • Any items that are in a different condition that is not a result of our error.

Exchanging damaged items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, email Customer Service and we’ll follow up with details on how to complete the exchange.

Shipping returns

Unless the return is for a fault on our end (i.e., manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, etc.), you will be responsible for shipping costs for the return. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
