Fulfillment and Shipping Overview
Here’s what you can expect from us:
- It will take up to seven (7) business days after order confirmation to ship.
- 3D printed items can have small residual marks from the printing process (see details below).
- Once we have your item(s) printed, we’ll send you an email confirming shipment! This will contain tracking and carrier info.
- After shipment, you should receive your stuff in about 5-7 business days!
Fulfillment
Once you place your order, we will immediately get your product into our printing queue! While our made-to-order system offers you lots of options for personalization, it also means that it can take up to seven (7) business days for us to have your items ready to ship. Your patience is appreciated, we’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way!
Each order is created on one of our resin-based 3D printers. After printing, supporting structures are removed and the product goes through a 2-stage washing process in isopropyl alcohol to get rid of residual resin. We then carefully look over the print for residual supports or defects and remove them using fine sandpaper and/or a hobby knife. If there is a defect we can’t fix, we will reprint your order at no cost to you. Prints are then cured for an additional period of time to complete the resin curing process. Objects are inspected a second time after which, if applicable, your print will be assembled. All products receive one final inspection before we pack your order and send it off to you!
A Note on 3D Printed Products
All resin-based 3D printed objects use supports during the printing process to ensure the build comes out correctly. As a result, there may be small marks on the model surface where those supports used to exist. These are normal to the printing process and most (if not all) are barely perceptible. They are not a reason to have the print returned as damaged. We will do our absolute best to remove each and every one of these! If we notice a major defect in production, we will re-print the item until it meets our high standards of quality control. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order anytime in the first 48 hours after order confirmation. A full refund will be given, no questions asked! If you request a cancellation after 48 hours, we will issue a full refund minus our 10% restocking fee. For cancellations after your order has shipped, please see our Return Policy.
Shipping
All our 3D printed objects are shipped in a sturdy cardboard box encased in bubble wrap nested within crinkle cut paper to ensure you receive every item undamaged. We ship through USPS and FedEx depending on who offers the best rates at the time of the order. Once we’re ready to send you your order, we’ll send you an email with information on who will be delivering your package, when to expect it and additional details on how to track it. If you order gets lost in the mail or arrives to you damaged in the box, we will happily ship you a replacement. Just reach out to Customer Service and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem!
